to actively support your technical needs. You no longer need to pay "Trip
Charges" and "1 Hour Minimums," just give the Masters of Support a call - we
promise that we can fix most issues within the time it takes your regular
computer tech to drive to your business location. We will only bill you for
the issues we resolve - any issue left unresolved will not result in a
charge until we are able to satisfactorily remedy the issue.
Remote Connectivity-
We use a very secure remote connection initiated by you in order to gain
access to your computer. In situations that require constant maintenance
such as servers, we utilize other measures to securely access your systems
when needed.

Our
rates are $65 hourly for basic technical needs and $85 hourly for server and
advanced technical needs. We bill in half hour increments to reduce your
